yes struts provide support for validator and tiles
the provide two seperate xml for validator , validator.xml and validator-rules.xml and for tiles they provide a seperate tld

yes struts provide validation facility whenever enter data into jsp page or static resoure.
it can done by actionform or dynaactionform,dynavalidatorform .
