The extensions of the files that we use in automation testing are as follows:
1) Library file --- .vbs or .qfl
2)Shared Object Repository ---.tsr
3)Per Action Repository(Local OR) ---.mtr
4)Qtp Script ---.mts
5)Recovery Scenario --- .qrs
6)Test Data ---.xls,.txt,.ini
7)Environment Variables ---.xml
