Analysis of overall trend about product semgment ie competetors strategy, innovation, growth and suggest accordingly or to make decision.
It may be about product characteristics-Quality, external appearance, technological upgradation, distribution-Nos of mediatyors , promotional strategy-ie 1 buy -1 free, in terms of money -installments, credit facility, Promotion- Advertising .
